Q. How long will it take to get my photos and memory card back?
A. We aim to get your memory card with or without the lost photos attached back to you within 7 days.
Q. If my memory card got wet or physically damaged, can you still recover the photos?
A. We process each job individually and there is always a chance we can recover your photos from water logged or damaged memory cards.
