• When we receive your memory card, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of this by email.
• The service will normally not take longer than 5 working days.
• When we have found your lost data, we will confirm by email the good news and at that point debit your Paypal account.
• We will post your memory card by Royal Mail using their first class service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost, damaged or delayed in the post. We currently deliver only within the UK in £ sterling.
