What do I need to do?
• Simply complete the contact form with your details and send it to us. You will automatically get an email confirming receipt of your intention to post the problem to us!
• Remove the memory card from your camera or phone.
• Attach the memory card with your postal and email addresses.
• When we receive your memory card, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of this by email.
• The service will normally not take longer than 5 working days.
• When we have found your lost data, we will confirm by email the good news and at that point debit your Paypal account.
• We will post your memory card by Royal Mail using their first class service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
• We currently deliver only within the UK and can only accept £ sterling via Paypal.
